Join the St. Louis Alumni Council for the fourth annual Jesuit Leadership Breakfast with this year's feature speaker, Mark Lamping, '80, president of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Mark will speak on the subject of leadership and how he applied leadership principles learned at Rockhurst to his professional experiences with organizations including the Jacksonville Jaguars, St. Louis Cardinals, New Meadowlands in New York, and Anheuser-Busch.

The event is open to all alumni of Jesuit high schools, colleges, and universities. Tickets for the event are $35 and include breakfast and coffee.

About Mark Lamping

Mark Lamping was named president of the Jacksonville Jaguars on February 13, 2012. As president, Lamping oversees all business operations for the Jaguars in addition to managing other Shad Khan-driven initiatives including serving as a non-executive board member of Fulham Football Club in London, Khan's English Premier League team.

Lamping previously served as the CEO of the New Meadowlands Stadium Company from 2008-2013. Lamping was responsible for managing the construction, sales, and marketing of MetLife Stadium, the home stadium of both the New York Giants and New York Jets. In 2010 and 2011 MetLife Stadium was named as the highest grossing stadium in North America by Billboard Magazine, and in 2014 it hosted the Super Bowl.

Lamping was president of the St. Louis Cardinals for 14 years, from 1994-2008. During this time the Cardinals won 5 NL Central Division titles, and the 2006 World Series Championship. In 2006, Lamping also led the initative to open a new, privately financed Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis.

From 1989 to 1994 Lamping served as Anheuser-Busch's director of sports marketing. In that position, he managed all domestic and international sports marketing activities for Anheuser-Busch's beer brands, including sponsorship agreements with the NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA. 

Mark graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rockhurst University in 1980. He went on to earn an master's degree in business administration from Saint Louis University in 1981.
