Information Technology Student
Information technology professionals work with organizations and businesses to integrate and maintain computer technology. They install, customize and generate applications that fit the organization’s IT needs.

Our Program

IT students focus on software development, networks, digital media and Web engineering. Technical courses are complemented with business courses. As an IT student, you are asked to complete a required internship, which will provide you with the real-life experience you need to take your degree to the next level.

Career Prospects*

The information technology industry generates more than 25,000 jobs in our region. IT jobs are expected to see a significant increase in demand throughout the next decade. In 2016, the median annual wage for an information systems manager was $135,800.
