Friends of Rockhurst University Library

Friends of Rockhurst University Library

In 1967, the Rev. Maurice E. Van Ackeren, S.J., founded the Rockhurst University Library Guild, now Friends of Rockhurst University Library, which established an endowment fund for the continued development of Greenlease Library. Since that time, the Friends of Rockhurst University Library has contributed annually to the library endowment fund through membership dues and fundraising activities. This continuing support allows for the acquisition of new reference materials, additional special collections and updating the technology necessary for the academic growth of our students and faculty.
