Calling all members of the Class of 1967! Mark your calendars, retrieve your favorite Rockhurst gear, and head for Kansas City to celebrate your 50 Year (Golden Hawk) Reunion at Rockhurst University! This memorable weekend will be filled with opportunities to spend time with your classmates and relive old memories, all while enjoying time back on campus and in Kansas City.

The day-by-day event calendar is below and formal invitations with RSVP cards will be mailed this summer. Online registration will open May 1, 2017.Spouses and family members are welcome to attend as well.

Thursday, September 28

Welcome Back Cocktail Hour (5 p.m. - 7 p.m) - Granfalloon on the Country Club Plaza (608 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64112) - Enjoy drinks and appetizers on Kansas City's signature Country Club Plaza. Light appetizers will be provided, cash bar available.

Class members are encouraged to arrange their own dinner plans together following the cocktail hour. For a complete list of restaurants on the Country Club Plaza visit countryclubplaza.com.

Friday, September 29

Golden Hawks Society Cocktail Hour and Barbecue (5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.) Rockhurst University, Arrupe Hall (1100 Rockhurst Road, Kansas City, MO 64110) - Enjoy Friday evening on campus with your classmates and friends. A buffet of delicious Kansas City barbecue will be served. Pre-1967 Golden Hawks are invited too. 

Cost is $25 per person, includes dinner and cocktails. Dress for the evening is casual.

Rockhurst University Men's Soccer vs. Drury Panthers (7:30 p.m.) Bourke Field - See men's head coach Tony Tocco and the men's soccer team host the Drury Panthers. Guests are invited to watch the game from a special hospitality tent hosted by the Office of Alumni Relations. Stick around after for a fireworks show!

Saturday, September 30

Campus Tours (11 a.m.) Massman Hall - Share your student experience with the Rockhurst University Ambassadors, the official tour guides at Rockhurst University, as they lead tours of campus including Conway Hall, Mason-Halpin Fieldhouse, Arrupe Hall, and Greenlease Library. Remember your walking shoes! Lunch will be provided after the tours.

Family and Alumni Weekend Mass (4 p.m.) St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church - Join the rest of the university community for Mass at St. Francis Xavier. Mass will be celebrated by Rockhurst president, the Rev. Thomas B. Curran, S.J.

Class of 1967 Golden Hawk Closing Cocktail Hour and Dinner (5 p.m.) Greenlease Library - Enjoy your final evening together as a class with cocktail hour and dinner in Greenlease Library. Fr. Tom Curran will provide a brief update about Rockhurst University, and all class members in attendance will be formally recognized.

Cost to attend is $30 and includes dinner and beverages. Dress for the evening is business casual.

Golden Hawk Alumni Profile
All class members are encouraged to take the time and fill out the alumni profile highlighting your Rockhurst and life since graduation in 1967. Completed profiles will be compiled into a book and distributed during reunion weekend. Copies will be mailed to class members who who complete a form but can't attend the reunion. Access the online profile form here.

Completed profiles must be returned by Monday, August 28.
